How much will it cost?

Our goal is to keep fees simple, transparent and affordable to the small business, however time spent to complete work can vary considerably depending on the size of business and bookkeeping method used, so once we gather this information we can give an accurate quote. All our fees as follows are free from VAT:

Individual self assessment £50 - £200

Sole trader accounts & self assessment  £350 - £650

Limited company registration £130

Limited company accounts & CT600 £650 - £850

VAT returns £100 - £350

Payroll £15 - £25

Confirmation statement £75

We offer payment upon receipt of invoice when work is completed, or a combined monthly direct debit option to spread the cost.

When becoming a new client of Orchard Business Services we will ask you to sign our letter of engagement, which outlays your responsibilities as a client and also our responsibilities to you. We will request agent authorisation with HMRC, to be able to access your online HMRC account and be able to speak with them on your behalf.  For anti-money laundering regulation purposes we must have a copy of your photo identification before any work is carried out.  

 

All services can be provided stand alone, or most commonly we provide clients with a complete accounting package covering all the services they need much more efficiently.  We work with Sage Accounting, Quickbooks, Xero and many more bookkeeping programs, offering one to one help in getting set up and using the pogram correctly if needed.  This is often the preferred method in keeping organised paperless bookkeeping and compliant with MTD for VAT and Income Tax.
